DIPLOMA IN TEACHING EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION (PART TIME)
The College offers training for the Four-Year Diploma in Teaching Early Childhood Education on a part time basis. Applicants are required to have a pass in English Language at the CSEC level or equivalent, a minimum of five (5) years teaching experience at the Early Childhood level and must be at least thirty (30) years of age at the time of application.
Other requirements
- Portfolio depicting samples of work in classrooms over time
- On the job assessment
- Two testimonials from the Principals/Education Officer of current institution
Entry Procedures
- Obtain an application form from the Students’ Affairs Office or from: Application Form
- Application fee is $700.00 (non refundable)
- Return the completed application form to the Students’ Affairs Office.

Each form should be accompanied by:
- Copy of examination certificates (take originals for verification)
- Copy of birth certificate (take original for verification)
- Marriage certificate where applicable (take original for verification)
- Two passport sized photographs notarised by a Justice of the Peace, Minister of Religion or Principal as being a true photograph of you.
- Attend an interview for which applicants must be professionally dressed
- Medical examination by the College doctor
