The Placement Office

The Placement Office was formally opened may 12, 1997. Vistors and students who require information such as Financial Programmes, Community Services, Work and Travel Programme and Graduation Ring Orders can contact the placement office.
Duties of the Placement Officer

- Interview students for placement in schools
- maintain records of unemployed graduates seeking employment
- Providing guidance to students seeking employment
- maintain records and statistics of graduates registered with or placed through the Placement Office
- Conduct tracer studies from (time to time) of graduates from the institution
- Assisting with locating suitable living accommodation for students where necessary
- Ensuring that as, much as possible, all graduates find employment in the school system
- Assisting students in finding part-time, full-time and summer employment
- Informing students about the Work and Travel Overseas Programme
- Assisting and Encouraging students to utilize Programmes such as JAMVAT, Student Loan and CHASE Fund to help finance their education
