Student Affairs Office

The Students’ Affairs Office is responsible for a range of academic administrative services including student admission and the safekeeping of all academic records. The Office is committed to supporting, facilitating, and promoting the academic mission of the College. All requests for official academic transcripts are processed through the Students’ Affairs Office. The staff members are available to answer questions and assist students to address any issue related to their matriculation at the College by offering guidance and support as needed.

We aim to offer quality service by providing efficient customer service to the College's population and the public. We encourage a friendly atmosphere as we seek to enable the upliftment of the College.

In keeping with the commitment to excellence, the staff of the Student Affairs offfice has placed itself strategically to embrace the challenges of both the present and the future.

The office is located on the first floor of the main administrative building and our office hours are:
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Fridays.

1. Automate processes by implementing a Student Information System to increase efficiency, quality and the speedy delivery of services to all our customers.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, departments and other publics.
3. Improve the operations of the Students' Affairs Office being progressive, innovative and efficient in all areas.
4. To develop and/or adopt industry best practices in order to constantly improve the quality of the services we offer.
5. Foster a positive work environment with shared vision in an effort to achieve the overall objectives of the College as it strives to be the primer teacher training college in the region.
6. Create a well-planned physical environment that will not only enable stadd to perform their duties exceptionally but to delight our customers as they make use of our services.
